Edwards Machining, Inc. retained Worth Capital to structure and execute a Management Buyout for the assets of Edwards Machine & Tool, Inc.  Worth Capital structured the transaction, procured the entire financing package, and performed all confirmatory due diligence.  Worth acted as lead liaison with legal and tax counsel for the transaction.  Worth Capital through it’s affiliates retained a minority interest in Edwards Machining, Inc.
